To Whom It May Concern,

I have a 1989 Dodge Aries that I purchased from a friend and while
attempting to register it, I found out it needed to be Smogged. I
took it to a local repair shop and found out it was a Gross Polluter
and it would require more repairs to meet emissions standards than
the car is worth. The engine runs fine and the only problem is that
it puts out a lot of emissions and I don’t feel it would be worth it
to repair it. I was wondering how much I would be able to receive for
the car if I decide to give it up for parts to an establishment such
as yours. I would also like to know what kind of paperwork I would
need to turn it over.
